Andreas, What a fantastic article! I am so thrilled to have read it, and I read it multiple times.

I love your emphasis on creating ecosystems, and also on this idea of de-coupling our sense of creative 'worth' from 'originality.'

Actually the part with the ecosystems is easy sayed but hard to realize. At least for me, at the moment I do it manually, one comment at the time but it needs more thoughts to make it an actual framework. But it definitely starts with a shift in perspective and that was some form of breakthrough for myself...

Yes, shifting perspective from "I" or individual, in a sense it moves us away from the idea of the Single Influencer Figure as well, feeding algorithms for mass accumulation of attention in order to turn it into dollars. To instead think, as you said, in terms of the flow, the feel, how someone interacting with our work moves through the experience as we design it. This opens up my mind to so many new ideas about how to proceed not with one-off content pieces, perhaps, but with creating an environment...

Yes! Very important: creating an environment that is agnostic from the medium, the actual social network. It has probably a lot aspects. Some are more classical like having your own unique voice & style and having something like a personal brand. Other are new like how approache that in a form of forward defense together with AI and focus on strategy and creativity while using technology for scaling...

Agnostic from the social network, yes, this allows adaptability to whatever platforms evolve while not losing sight of what we want to create. This all makes me think differently about how we define "success" as artists, as well. When the landscape changes, when what is rewarded changes, how do we remain clear about what we are doing, and why, what is the impact we aim to have...

“Treat platforms like airports, not homes. You use them to take off—not to live inside!” Love it! Great information here this one’s a keeper. Thank you 🙏

This is an incredible essay and thank you for writing it. What’s happening now is that AI is exposing the cracks in an outdated system. And we’re seeing a kind of leadership paralysis (whether from a lack of imagination or a refusal to let go of old frameworks). Many still don’t know how to leverage this technology (within its constraints) to build something new or to even define the kind of systems they’ll need.

Thank you so much, that means a lot to me 🤗

I would say the paralysis isn't only in leadership. And while that has a huge impact on us all the paralysis of the creative minds is even worse for society. I hope enough of us can get over it and change something for the better...

Yes, yes and yes! While the AI machine runs hot, we must learn to warm up to it. Experimenting and storytelling are integral in developing a sound idea and identity. Thank you for sharing!

It's easy to feel desperate because of all this prezzure but actually we can choose if we want to be a victim and complaining or do something. Especially as AI could be used as powerful lever also. 🐦‍🔥

I really appreciate this thoughtful and important approach to getting our minds around AI. As a solopreneur, I use it as a brainstorming partner, and it has energized my creativity, not stifled it.

I would say that is exactly the right way of using it 👍🏼
